These Terms and Conditions govern all sales and services provided by Subhanu Technologies and Solutions Pvt. Ltd., operating under the brand KiddyPi, through www.kiddypi.com.

Orders

All orders placed constitute an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once confirmed, a contract is formed.

Price and Payment

Prices are in INR and inclusive of GST. Payment must be made in full via supported gateways.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only. KiddyPi is not liable for courier delays.

Returns and Refunds

Limitation of Liability

KiddyPi’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

Intellectual Property

All content, courses, and materials remain the property of KiddyPi or licensors.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction.
