Refund policy


KiddyPi accepts returns and refunds for physical goods under the following conditions:


1. Eligibility for Return:

  • The product must be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Notification of the issue must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery, via email or the customer’s KiddyPi e-shop account or by WhatsApp to number +91-73378-30111.

  • Once Notified by you and acknowledged by KiddyPi, the defective or incorrect goods should be returned within 7 business days.


2. Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all components, manuals, and accessories.

  • Electronic components, development boards, and STEM kits must not be soldered, tampered with, or altered.

  • Books, downloadable content, and digital courses are non-returnable, except where a wrong product was supplied or a file/course is defective.


3. Refund and Replacement Process:

  • Once verified, KiddyPi will issue a replacement or refund, at its discretion.

  • Refunds for defective or incorrect goods will be processed after inspection.

  • Returns should be sent to the address provided by KiddyPi at your cost unless the item was defective or wrongly shipped.


4. Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting KiddyPi customer support.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

  • For digital goods (courses, downloads, etc.), refunds are not possible once accessed.


5. Disputes:

In spite of all the above, if there is still any feeling of dissatisfaction, kindly email the management at kiddypi.management@subhanu.com. We will try our best and address the concerns.
